A Good Excuse

Experts assure that the lazy among us have now a good excuse to skip the drill of making their bed in the morning.

Apparently, to leave a bed unmade allows both sheets and mattress to get in contact with air. The moisture collected at night when the bed is in use can thus disappear, leaving mites and other parasites dehydrated.

Indeed one of the most common problems for those who suffer from allergies is the presence of dust mites in the bed. The acarus lives of what our body sheds, and in turn makes allergies and asthma worst. But airing the sheets and the bedding boosts hygiene, leaving the parasites without their share of you.
