A Super Snack On The Go
Make yourself your healthy, delicious snack to carry away with you wherever you go, from your office to a jogging session.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp solid coconut oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp almond milk or other non dairy milk
1 Tbsp cocoa, or 1/3 cup good quality chocolate
2 Tbsp Pumpkin or sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp almonds
2 Tbsp flax seeds
2 Tbsp Sesame seeds
Spices like ginger, cinnamon or even chili, if you like it.
Heat together coconut oil, almond milk and honey until running. Add the chocolate or cocoa and mix. Add then all other ingredients stirring well. Spread on oven paper or a non-sticky surface and chill until set and then cut it in pieces. You can keep it in the fridge for weeks.
