Looking for a snack to keep hunger at bay? The rule Nr.1 is to avoid foods rich in sugar and salt.

Sugar intake results in an insulin spike, which is the sure way for feeling hungry just a few minutes later. Salt seems to have the effect of exciting our cravings.

Chocolate with at least 75% cocoa gives you not only some respite from the nagging feeling of hunger, but offers also valuable nutritional elements. Energising and filling, its stearic acid component also helps slow digestion and is low in sugar.

You can also opt for a dairy-free product.
