Since radical shifts in consciousness in 2004 we have been offering retreats in Denmark, UK, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Australia, Peru, The Philippines and other places.

The retreats and pilgrimages we offer are all based on the deep love we feel for Life, The Planet and the humans living on it. And a strong hope that we all can learn to LIVE the life that is offered to each of us in more wholesome ways.

Centre for Inner Freedom on Samsø Island
We have lived on Samsø for nearly 15 years and love the island way of living and the amazing nature surounding us. We both experience that the no-mind field of nature has supported us immensely in our journey into inner freedom.

To offer others the opprotunity to soak in the power of Samsø we have established a small and cosy retreat centre on our old farm. You will find beautiful spaces inside and outside, Lots of opportunity and silence so that the Heart may speak and be heard, high skies and the amazing landscapes of Samsø right at our doorstep.

We offer
We offer retreats and pilgrimages of 1-21 days duration at Centre for Inner Freedom - in the heart of Samsø

We offer spiritual journeys/retreats in The Philippines and New Zealand and Flow ski retreats in Italy every year i March.

We also offer seminars, lectures and individual sessions.

Ways we work
Life is versatile - therefore we work with many different tools and approaches. Common for all of them is that they have been very helpful to us on our own journey - it's all experienced material you could say :o)

Body work and Presence work go hand in hand - so on all retreats and journeys we work with both aspects through teachings, exercises, meditations, energy- and resonance work, energy yoga and other things that arise in the space we create together.
