Body-Soul Re-Balancing through Pilates, Shamanism and Archetipal Tarot.

5 day- 7 night workshop combining three disciplines, Pilates, Shamanism and the Archetypal reading of the Tarot. The workshop's goal is that of re-establishing a connection between the evolutionary needs of the soul, the retrieval of its parts and its symbolic understanding, and place it in the awareness of the body.
The seminar will take place in a typical Canarian house on the Spanisgh island of Lanzarote.

Program:

• Day One Day of arrival and check-in. Late evening welcome group meeting and presentation of the body-spiritual work to be shared during the days of the stay and explanation of the program. Introduction of the participants. Collective vegetarian/vegan dinner at the communal table.

• Day Two Pilates morning group lesson. Following, 50 minute Tarot’s archetypal reading individual session focusing on the participant's spiritual/physical issue or problem. Following, 50 minute individual shamanic journey to encounter personal power animal(s) with the aid of spiritual guidances. Rest of the day free.

• Day Three Pilates morning group lesson. Following, second individual session of Tarot’s archetypal reading or, alternatively, second shamanic journey. Rest of the day, free. Late evening group visit to the energetic and spiritual sites of the island, where a shamanic ritual will take place.

• Day Four Pilates morning group lesson. Following, third individual session of Tarot’s archetypal reading or, alternatively, third shamanic journey. Late afternoon group session on art therapy to bring into awareness a symbolic element emerged from the unconscious through drawing or painting. Rest of the day, free.

• Day Five Pilates morning group lesson. Following, last individual session of Tarot’s archetypal reading or, alternatively, last shamanic journey. Rest of the day, free. Late night meditative star observation and shamanic ritual in group on a beach located in the northern part of the island

• Day Six Morning group session based on the sharing of the experience and personal work as closure session. Rest of the day, free. Collective vegetarian/vegan dinner at the communal table.

• Day Seven Day entirely available to participants.

• Day Eight Day of departure, check-out in the morning.


The workshop accomodation includes:

Accommodation in a Canarian style house in a double room with shared bathroom
Transfer to-and-from the airport of the island.
Two collective dinners at the communal table.
Complimentary use of the fully equipped shared kitchen.
