What many practitioners of yoga encounter are the challenge of maintaining a practice. This is one of greatest challenges in Yoga. During this retreat, Basia will offer simple tools, inspirational concepts and useful techniques for maintaining a sustainable practice. You will be provided with ways to tailor your practice to your daily needs and within the constraints of your busy lifestyle or physical challenges.
The morning practice will be a mysore-style practice while the afternoons will concentrate on technique, asana exploration, breathing, and meditation.
Complete beginners are welcome to the retreat as well as seasoned practitioners of the Primary, Intermediate and Advanced Ashtanga series. Basia´s retreat is accredited as a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider)
