Only If It Is Dark

Hopefully your Easter eggs were made of dark chocolate. So you can nibble at a shard before going for a workout.

There is a new scientific research to support a harmonic relationship between chocolate and health. Dark chocolate, in any case.

According to the report about the study published in the 'Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition', moderately fit, lean men that consumed 40g of dark chocolate a day for two weeks performed better than their colleagues eating the same amount of white chocolate, once tested for fitness.

Dark chocolate derived from Theobroma cacao is a formidable source of flavonoids, which are known for improving blood flow and cardiac function.
