The Yoga Forest is a unique place located in the heart of the wild Tuscany; in the greenery of the woods, accessible from an ancient woodland trail. The emerald waters of the river flow close by, and the sound of the leaves in the breeze contribute to the unique atmosphere.

Situated in a completely secluded area next to the Yoga Forest at Canyon Park, those yoga sessions take place on specially constructed I Love SUP boards. The yoga instructor leads the session from the central part of the structure, with participants on boards radiating out from this central section like petals of a flower.

SUP Yoga is an amazing experience which allows the discovery of body and mind through a completely alternative way.

Sessions last one hour, after (or before) which you can relax on the river beach.
Boards are suitable for beginners and no prior experience of Stand Up Paddleboarding is required.
