La Castellana, natural commercial farm

Our story starts from a long time ago: our great-grandparents first, and our grandparents after, harvested these lands with dedication and care, respecting nature and its needs; in 1991, based on the same principles of simplicity and harmony with nature, the commercial farm activities which, not surprisingly, takes its name from the ancient "Fonte della Castellana" (The Castellana water sources), formerly used by farmers to water the live stock during the journey going to Assisi where markets were held. Ours is a 20 hectare estate just 5 km from Assisi, along the Franciscan trail (trail that St. Francis ran going from Assisi to Gubbio). It is an ideal place for those looking for a simple and natural location characterised by a familiar warmth, where to escape from the daily routines of life and restore the soul, body and spirit, without losing sight of art, culture and history of the most beautiful art cities of Umbria.
