My experiences:



Ever since I was a girl I felt great dissatisfaction, a sadness in my heart, many existential questions that I couldn't answer.

So in '89 I started the first personal growth group of "courses in Vipassana Meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin”, I consciously experienced the Here and Now.



I continued the exploration with groups of Primal, Somatic experience, Osho Pulsation, Osho Diamond Breath, Trauma Healing, Gestalt, Mindfulness, Enneagram, Energywork, Inner man/Inner woman, Metamedicine with Claudia Rainville on emotional unblocking, chakra energy with Anodea Judith , systemic family constellations, truth-seeking groups with koans and I delved into Ramana Maharshi's inquiry technique.

I have been to various ashrams in India where I met various masters, who passed their teachings on to me. After a few years I began my shamanic journey in Findhorn in Scotland, and subsequently in Turkey with Sufi masters, where I encountered the compassion of the heart.



A great and profound inner movement, which led me to seek answers, I was looking for nourishment for the soul.

There have been years of research and meetings with masters that have changed my vision of the world.



After years of experience, I recognize the horse as a great teacher and thus create a method by combining my passions with my knowledge.

Equus una vita che cambia® is born, and Horse Life Coaching®, a method of personal growth on the release of repressed emotions, coaching for the development of human potential, through the essential qualities of the soul, an effective technique for the re-elaboration of trauma, and a new vision.



In 2018, the publishing house Le due torri published my first book “Il cavallo che sussurra agli uomini. Incontro con il maestro interiore" now in its second edition. The second book "Il cavallo medicina per l'anima." was published in June 2021 and in 2023, the third book: "Viaggio verso la libertà". Translated in English as Journey towards freedom.



Today I lead personal and professional growth groups with students from all over the world, individual sessions, online and in person.
