I was born in London in 1965 and moved to Italy in 1986. I have always loved dancing and have studied dance since I was 4 years old. I attended some of the best dance schools in London and tried many types of dance and movement. While I was studying during the day I taught aerobics in the evening in London when I was a teenager. I was always looking for various types of physical disciplines and so from a young age I participated in yoga, Tai Chi and various types of dance classes; modern, Indian, African, popular, Italian, tarantella and pizzica.

In Italy I have studied dance and movement therapy, Maria Fux method and I became a Trance Dance Facilitator with the Frank Natale method. When I danced the 5Rhythms for the first time in 2006, I decided that I wanted to get to know the founder Gabrielle Roth and delve into this practice as much as possible. I traveled abroad, participating in numerous 5Rhythms courses and then in 2014 in the United States I became a certified 5Rhythms teacher. I became the first teacher to bring classes & seminars around Italy, promoting the concept of dance as a source of healing

I live in the middle of the Tuscan hills in a reconstructed abandoned village.

I regularly hold groups in various parts of Italy and sometimes abroad. I organise and teach at residential seminars that last a few days as a kind of retreat where dance and specific exercises where dance is used as a metaphor for life and life's challenges. I organise seminars with teachers from abroud in Bologna & Milan.
