My name is Raffaello Palandri, and I am a Tantra Teacher and Healer.

I am also a holistic coach/consultant, a writer, a speaker.

I help you find your own definition of purpose, fulfillment, success and then I coach you on how to achieve them in your personal, professional, emotional/spiritual life by empowering your body, mind, and soul.

I am Italian, born in Florence, now living in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany.

I have developed the Yourself, Understood Coaching Method putting together the experience acquired in more than 25 years of international coaching and consulting practice for Governments, Companies, and individuals.

I am also the founder of MMQG Kizendo, the physical part of my coaching method, a system that since 1995 has helped more than 300 people all over the world.
MMQG Kizendo is a holistic practice that uses Meditation, Mindfulness, and Qi Gong to help you live a healthier, wealthier, and happier personal and professional life.

I have written the book Free to Achieve where I introduce the 7 basic steps of my Coaching Method.

The reason I am a coach is that I feel a call to help people who are struggling in finding what makes them happy and fulfilled by assisting them in their own journey, giving them easy to use, effective tools. providing them suggestions and guidance in their personal and professional life.


I teach Neijia 内家 – Internal Martial Arts (Tai chi chuan – 太極拳, Xingyiquan – 形意拳, and Baguazhang – 八卦掌), Chin Na, Self Defense and Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga.

I am a Reiki Master and a Energy Healer.

I like practicing calligraphy and hand writing, as well as repairing mechanical watches. I relax by doing complex activities: solving calculus, chemistry, and physics problems, working on data clusters to find unexpected correlations, designing algorithms.

I have got a BA in Languages, Linguistics and IT, from the University of Rome Tor Vergata with full honors, having written my final thesis on the development of a Mathematical/Statistical method to detect bias in speech.

In 2021 I held a Seminar at Amity University – India, School of Communication – “A NEW MODEL IN BUSINESS COACHING AND CONSULTING”

In 1997 I held a Seminar at University of Rome La Sapienza, Faculty of Physics – “SEARCH ENGINES ALGORITHMS”
