Beginnings, Endings & Transformations is an invitation to honour the natural cycles of life and to recognise how these rites of passage deeply touch our body and heart: what is born, what dies, and the ongoing metamorphosis that makes renewal possible. We often resist endings and fear new beginnings, yet it is precisely in their meeting that space opens for something new — the possibility to release what no longer serves us and to trustfully step into the unknown. When we allow ourselves not to remain fixed, we become a living part of change, co-creators of our own life.

Over this weekend, we will explore how to reconnect with the wisdom of the body, heart, and soul, guided by movement, accompanied at times by SunFran’s live music and the gentle medicine of Cacao, offered by Movement Medicine teacher Camille. Through 5Rhythms sessions guided by Olivia (Waves & Heartbeat level), deep listening, focused exercises, and moments of sharing, we will discover inner resources to be more present with the passages, transitions, and thresholds of our lives.
